Sioux Effigy Pipe and Stem / 1885

A catlinite pipe in the form of a horse with a saddle mount. The head features incised eyes, hair, and a snout. The stem, also constructed from catlinite, is segmented between blocks and octagonal portions. Accompanied by a custom table mount.
