Founded by Lucas Snyder, Thunderbird Gallery LLC specializes in the buying and selling of museum quality 19th century native art. Offered for sale are pieces from the Plains, Plateau, Prairie, Southwest, Northwest Coast, and Great Lakes regions. We offer individualized services to collectors and institutions.
Mr. Snyder has produced multiple catalogs and in 2015, published an article in the Reporter Herald on the importance of collecting. He has also had the pleasure of working with several museums, such as the Loveland Art Museum in Loveland, CO, and the Museum of Emigration in Gdynia, Poland. He is continuing to work with both institutions and private collectors abroad.
