Plains Cree Knife Sheath / 1880

A sinew and thread-sewn sheath beaded on native-tanned hide. The upper hemisphere consists of a patchwork motif in various seed beads of green, pink, and blue. The lower hemisphere consists of a central triangle enclosed by radiating green, pink, white, brown, and blue beads. Accompanied by a custom table mount.
