Arapaho Moccasins / 1870

A pair of hard-soled moccasins constructed from native tanned buffalo hide, featuring uppers decorated with sinew-sewn seed beads. The vamps feature a rectangular panel motif using red/pony trader blue/yellow with a dark blue perimeter. The edge seams are decorated with inward-facing triangles on a white field.
