Apache Strike-a-lite / 1870

A pouch constructed from commercial leather, decorated with sinew-sewn seed beads and brass buttons. The obverse is fully adorned in seed beads consisting of transparent green, sky blue, black, and cranberry red squares radiating from the epicenter, whereby alternating lanes of black and white flank the sides. The reverse features an abstracted humanoid figure surrounded by beads of transparent blue, black, and red. The base of the bag suspends fringe decorated in tin cones.
