Apache Doll / 1890

A doll of male form, featuring a lifelike head with formed facial features and seed bead ear suspensions. The body is clothed in a yellow pigmented shirt with red near the neckline, over a canvas breechcloth. A panel of greasy yellow, sky blue, dark blue, red, and black seed beads is loom-beaded near the edge. The doll possesses a pair of hide leggings and moccasins, with tin cone adornments near the base. A scatter-beaded necklace hangs from the neck. Accompanying the doll is a custom table mount.
